These are great for basically everything from tense muscles to the stress that caused it, very relaxing yet don’t make u sleepy(relaxed enough to sleep if you choose tho) and I have osteoarthritis just replaced both hips same time I don’t take opiate based pain meds for many reasons but these actually eased pain to degree of tolerable for me and still help me be able to move my fingers more freely without so much pain so I’m saying osteoarthritis attacks your whole body random as to what order or how long between moving to different area of body/bones these will be my go to always have I’ve found these have replaced all other things/aspirin ect. for me and also a healthier choice it’s a win win!!!
